Mick is a professional freelance photographer and film maker who commenced his media career in 1980 with the British Broadcasting Corporation, Wales.
His diverse portfolio developed over 30 years brings both technical expertise and consistent aesthetic to produce strong, unique imagery in any situation and location. He photographs a wide variety of subjects and takes an individual, hands on approach to all aspects of his photography and film making. Mick's strengths are his versatility and skill in creating images that represent an event, product, organisation or individual.
He has an extensive client base that includes local, national and international organisations, state and federal government agencies. His images have been published in most major Australian newspapers and many magazines. His imagery has also been published in numerous books.
Mick has tutored and studied photography at the Queensland College of Art and in 2009, was awarded a Masters of Visual Arts, Griffith University.
